Pecan Garage Doors provides a number to call and a local garage door guide for Helotes, the northwest side of San Antonio and nearby towns. One of our local garage door partners in our network runs their own business, answers your call and performs the work. This notice explains the information collected through calls to that number and through visits to the website. It also tells you where call information goes and how to contact us about your privacy.
Recording starts with the call
Calling our number means the entire conversation is recorded, from connection through the end of the call. Remaining on the connected line gives your consent to that recording. End the call if you do not consent.
What the call collects
Our own call-tracking platform handles the calls and makes the recordings. It logs the number you call from, the call's date and time, how long the call lasts, and what you say during the conversation. Those details are part of the information collected when you call the number. The recording includes the conversation about your garage door along with anything else you say on the call. The call length in the log describes the duration of that conversation; it does not say how long the record is stored.
Where call records go
Only the local partner answering your call and the call-tracking service operating the line receive the recordings and call data, unless disclosure is required by law. That is the limit on who receives these call records. Both the recorded conversation and the logged call details fall within that limit.
How long records stay
We retain the call recordings and their associated data for as long as they are needed. There is no fixed number of days stated in this notice. What a website visit collects
Google Analytics 4 and Umami measure visits to the website, the pages viewed and the devices used. Google Analytics 4 uses cookies for this measurement. We host Umami on our own server, where it measures website use without cookies. Visitors have no website forms to fill out, accounts to create, payments to make or advertisements to view.
Some pages display an embedded Google map that gives Google your IP address and browser details when it loads.
Contact us about privacy

Questions can concern the recorded conversation, the logged call details, or the information collected when you use the website. You can also write there to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information under state privacy laws. Choosing that opt-out does not prevent your call from connecting you with local garage door help.
